Here's what you can expect

The perfect workout when you need a radiance boost – fast. The Express Workout combines FACEGYM's signature muscle manipulation techniques with high-performance skincare and patented triple-wave EMS technology to get you contoured and glowing. This quick but effective training session lifts tired, dull-looking skin for an instantly more toned appearance.

FACEGYM workouts are not redeemable on product. This FACEGYM workout requires a $50 deposit to secure your booking; this will be redeemable against the full value on the day. This service is exclusive to MECCA George Street.

What to know before you book

This service is not suitable for customers who have the following conditions:

  • Anti-wrinkle injections in the last 2 weeks
  • Fillers in the last 4 weeks
  • Facial threads in the last 4 weeks
  • Skin resurfacing treatments in the past 2 weeks (e.g dermabrasion, peels) or TCA peels in the past 4 weeks
  • Use of skin resurfacing prescription products in the past week (e.g prescription retinol / retinoid, Tretinoin, Hydroquinone, Adapalene, AHAs, BHAs)
  • Facial surgery in the last 6 months, dependent on healing
  • Cancer, or cancer within 12 months of remission, in the area being treated
  • Pregnancy or potential pregnancy (due to use of EMS – customers in their second or third trimester may substitute for extra deep tissue massage instead of EMS)
  • Skin conditions in the area being treated (e.g. active acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, broken skin, sunburn, rosacea) or long-term steroid use that has affected the skin
  • Metal plates or pins in the face or neck/epilepsy/prone to bone fracture or severe osteoporosis/heart conditions (use of FGPRO/PURELIFT)
  • Uncontrolled diabetes or experienced loss of skin sensation
